End User License Agreement

1. Parties and acceptance

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is an agreement between you and CONSILIORA NEXUS CONSULTING LTD, registered in the Republic of Cyprus under number HE468919, MITSIS 3, Floor 3, 1-7 Makariou III, Nicosia 1065, Cyprus (“we”, “us”), for the Android application Brumo Cleaner: Free up Space (the “App”).

By downloading, installing or using the App you accept this EULA. Our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy also apply; if this EULA and the Terms of Use conflict about the licence to the App, this EULA prevails. If you do not accept this EULA, do not install or use the App.

This EULA is concluded between you and us only. Google LLC, which distributes the App through Google Play, is not a party to it and is not responsible for the App or its content. Your use of Google Play is governed by the Google Play Terms of Service.

2. Licence

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to download, install and use the App on Android devices that you own or control, for your own non-commercial purposes, in line with this EULA and the Google Play Terms of Service. The App is licensed, not sold, to you.

3. Restrictions

Except where this EULA or mandatory law allows it, you may not:

• copy, rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute or sublicense the App;
• decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or try to derive the source code of the App, or modify it or create derivative works from it;
• remove or change any proprietary notices in the App;
• bypass or disable the App’s security, licensing or payment features;
• use the App in breach of the law or of our Terms of Use.

4. Ownership

The App, including its software, design, text, graphics and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in this EULA are reserved.

5. Open-source components

The App includes open-source software components. Each of them is licensed under its own licence terms, which apply to that component instead of this EULA where they conflict.

6. Permissions and data

The App works with the data you allow it to access — photos and videos, files, contacts, calendar events and app usage statistics — and processes that data on your device. You can withdraw any permission in Android settings at any time. The App also uses service providers for subscriptions, analytics, crash reports and install attribution. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Your data and deletions

The App deletes, merges, moves or compresses items only after you confirm. Automatic detection can be wrong, so review the selection before confirming and keep a backup of anything important. Secret Space and contact backups are stored only on your device and may be lost permanently if you uninstall the App, clear its data or lose access to your PIN. These points are explained further in sections 4 and 5 of our Terms of Use.

8. Subscriptions

Some features require a Brumo PRO subscription purchased through Google Play. Pricing, free trials, renewal, cancellation and refunds are covered in section 7 of our Terms of Use.

9. Updates

We may release updates that fix errors, improve security or add, change or remove features. Some updates may be needed to keep using the App. This EULA applies to every update unless the update comes with its own terms.

10. Support

11. Disclaimer of warranties

We provide the App with reasonable care and skill. Apart from that and any warranties or guarantees that the law gives you and that cannot be excluded, the App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including that it will free a particular amount of space, find every duplicate or work without interruption or errors.

12. Limitation of liability

The limitations of liability in section 12 of our Terms of Use apply to the App. Nothing in this EULA excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, or rights you have as a consumer.

13. Legal compliance

You confirm that you are not prohibited from receiving the App under the sanctions or export control laws that apply to you, including those of the European Union, and that you will use the App in line with them.

14. Termination

This EULA applies until it is terminated. It ends automatically if you breach it, and you can end it at any time by uninstalling the App. When it ends you must stop using the App and delete it from your devices. Ending this EULA does not cancel a subscription — cancel it in Google Play.

15. Governing law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of the Republic of Cyprus have jurisdiction, without depriving consumers of the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence.
